Excellent condition 2005 Cadillac CTS V for sale. FULLY LOADED. This car has everything you would want/need. Power everything, Navigation, on-star, heated seats, sliding roof, leather seats, etc. Black exterior as well as interior which is very hard to find on this car. I bought this car over seven years ago with only 20,000 miles from a friend. VERY LOW miles. Only 70,150 miles. This may go up slightly as I still drive it.
Upgraded brakes and slotted rotors. Everything else is pretty much stock. Has 20 inch wheels that I paid over $3000 for. I will also include stock rims if interested. stock rims also contain air pressure sensors. This vehicle was always serviced at a local Cadillac dealer. A good friend was the lead mechanic at dealership so he always worked on my car on the side after warranty expired. No known issues everything works great. Motor runs strong transmission shifts smoothly. there is small dent on driver side rear wheel well that can easily be popped out for about 60 bucks from dent masters. There are also two scratches on both front fenders from some asshole that scratched my car for fun. they are too light to tell by pictures but could probably be buffed out by a good detailer. interior is in fantastic shape all leather is still intact with no rips or tears this vehicle has always been babied if you are looking for a sedan that still has the power of a sports car this is it. Cadillac expects major growth in China
Thu, 25 Sep 2014The US sales issues facing Cadillac are not being paralleled in the People's Republic of China, as a new report from Automotive News indicates the US luxury maker should see its sales increase by as much as 40 percent.
The report cites Cadillac's own forecasts, which put its 2014 sales in the PRC at 70,000 units after cresting 45,000 vehicles at the end of August. Provided the sales pace holds true through 2015, the brand would hit its new 100,000-unit sales goal, AN reports.
"We're very optimistic about the luxury market, we believe that the luxury market by 2016 here will become the largest luxury market in the world, surpassing even the size of luxury in Europe," GM China President Matthew Tsien told AN. "With [Cadillac president] Johan [de Nysschen], we have somebody that really is an executive that understands luxury, but he also is very, very keen on understanding what do we need here in China for Cadillac to be successful."
Cadillac chief says ATS convertible, wagon on the table
Wed, 15 Jan 2014What we do know is that the ATS will wear at least one more bodystyle. That comes from Cadillac head Bob Ferguson, who answered "Absolutely" when Automotive News asked him about the possibility of another variant. What we don't know is what that bodystyle or styles will be.
We now have a sedan and coupe ATS, there's supposedly a V sedan coming. After that, a convertible is a likely option given that the man who just became the global product honcho at General Motors, Mark Reuss, admitted to having one already designed in 2012. The decision on it can't get out of the underworld and a wagon is the other option, but the droptop would seem to make the most sense if one considers the competitive set: the BMW 4 Series and Audi A5 convertibles are hot property and Mercedes is bringing a C-Class convertible. Meanwhile wagons are the sentimental utility vehicles that, refusing to die, seem forever destined for life support... CTS Sport Wagon, anyone?
Based on Ferguson's statements, it appears that what Cadillac definitely won't do is play model variant catch-up with the European luxury brands it has spent years hunting down, telling Automotive News, "We want to keep our focus on a limited number of vehicles and do them very well."
