This skylark has been restored a year ago. I am the fourth owner I have docs to prove it .the car had the motor rebuilt around 7mo ago the trans five months .the motor since rebuilt has had maybe 200 miles put on it . this car was taken apart an all parts sand blasted an powder coated. new shocks , new bushing , new top , new interior, fresh paint done a year ago, was knot frame off but close to it. The frame an under body strip of rust an repainted. The rear end rebuilt I have almost ten grand in receipts an labor cost. the car runs great drives great fun car. its a 310 wildcat motor with 2bl carb ,st300 trans that's a 2 speed. the cigarette lighter don't work ,I don't smoke so I never got around to fixing it. clean ca. title car with current tags. Its not a show car but by far one of the cleanest that's been on this site in a while . The Buick is a Cali car .The paint has a raisin size bubble on the rear quarter above the right tail light. The paint shop closed down so cant fix .The car also needs window felts I cant find a shop who can put them on out in Cali they have to staple the on the metal of the door panels. cost $80 bucks. call roc with any question 714-574-6036 any time

Thu, Feb 16 2023The 2023 Chicago Auto Show played host to a number of reveals this year, and we were there to capture all of them. In traditional auto show fashion, that means you’re getting a mega gallery of galleries to flip through and see all the vehicles on the show floor. Our EditorsÂ’ Picks from the show are already out — spoiler alert, the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander took home the prize. Buick Avista concept is 'buildable', but not a priority
Tue, Mar 22 2016Buick could build the striking Avista concept that debuted at the Detroit Auto Show, though it's not a top priority, the brand's top executive said Tuesday in New York. "The reaction's been so great, we'll try to run the numbers and see if there's a business case," said Duncan Aldred, Buick vice president of sales, service, and marketing. Buick will show the Avista in red this week at the New York Auto Show as a followup to its Detroit debut. Buick actually built two prototypes, which are being used to promote the brand's performance potential at auto shows around the world this year. "It's very buildable," Aldred told reporters after the reveal of the reveal of the 2017 Encore small crossover before the New York Auto Show. "Ultimately, it comes down to priorities." He added, "We'd love to do it. We could do it, but [there's] lots of things we'd love to do... Nothing to confirm or deny." The Avista concept suggests a sports car with a twin-turbo V6 with 400 horsepower put to the rear wheels. The two-door followed another impressive Buick concept, the Avenir, which was four-door styling exercise from the 2015 Detroit show. Though the Avista remains on the minds of enthusiasts – helped in part by Buick – the priorities for the brand are crossovers. The Avista offers style, but the freshened Encore is the substance for Buick in New York, which along with the Envision, launches this year into the red-hot utility segment. The new Cascada convertible and redesigned LaCrosse also are joining Buick's lineup this year. While the Avista is doable, the brand clearly has other priorities ahead of it. Related Video:
