1997 Buick Lesabre Limited Sedan 4-door 3.8l on 2040-cars
Bronson, Michigan, United States
1997 Buick Lesabre Limited in very good condition for the year and mileage. I was the second owner of this vehicle buying it in 2005 with 54,500 miles on it. Has a complete service record recorded in the owners manual. It has been serviced every 3,000 miles. It has been my winter driver while I store my truck in the winter, so it gets driven six months out of the year and garaged the rest. It also is garaged in the winter on a daily basis. Mechanically it has been well taken care of . Since I have had it I have replaced the plugs and wires at about 85,000 miles. Tires at 87,000 miles, MAP sensor, Temperature sensor, fuel pump, PCV valve, fuel pressure regulator and water pump all in the last three to four years. Also a new battery 3 years ago. The air is cold, but not super cold. May need recharging. I am sure there may be some things I am missing, but I am trying to tell everything I can remember that I have done. Front end alignment at least three times since I owned it.
If there any other questions you may have, please feel free to contact meand I will be happy to try and answer them. Thank you for your interest and happy bidding. There is no warranty expressed or implied. Item is also listed locally. |

2015 Buick Verano offered with six-speed manual after all
Mon, 09 Jun 2014Good news, boys and girls (well, at least those of you who still like shifting for yourselves). Buick got in touch with us to correct some information that it had mistakenly announced; namely, that the 2015 Verano will lose its optional six-speed manual transmission. Apparently, that announcement was incorrect, and the compact sedan will indeed continue to offer a manual option for 2015, despite what we're certain is a low take rate. Additionally, the Desert Dusk Metallic paint that was said to come as part of an Appearance Package is no longer part of the deal. With that out of the way, we now return you to your regularly scheduled automotive-obsessive broadcast...
Buick Envision spied fully disrobed in China
Wed, 27 Aug 2014The Buick Envision crossover is supposed to have its big reveal on August 28 and be on display at the Chengdu Motor Show, but apparently the new midsize crossover just can't wait to meet its public. Car News China caught a completely undisguised example parking outside of the convention center where the show is held.
The Buick designers are going right down the middle with the styling with nothing too flashy to turn off potential buyers. Still, it's a handsome CUV that kind of looks like a stretched Encore from some angles with vents along the hood, a large greenhouse and a prominent crease running down the side.
This new midsizer is hitting the Chinese market first and reportedly rides on GM's Delta platform that's also found underneath the Buick Verano. According to Car News China, prices there are between 160,000 yuan and 220,000 yuan ($26,000 - $35,800 at current rates). However, it's also rumored to eventually make its way across the Pacific to give Buick buyers in the US an option between the Encore compact crossover and larger Enclave.
Jay Leno finds no detail neglected on Icon's Derelict 1948 Buick Super
Wed, Apr 1 2015Jonathan Ward seems to have one of the greatest jobs in the world. As the CEO at Icon, he's in charge of not only the company's fantastic trucks but its Derelict series of semi-restored classics, as well. Ward's vehicles are no strangers to Jay Leno's Garage, but the latest guest on the show might be one of Icon's coolest yet. What looks like a 1948 Buick Super Convertible on the outside hides the supercharged heart of a Corvette ZR1 underneath. Like the rest of the Derelict series, this old Buick's toasted paint and pitted chrome are all part of the charm of the car, and it's really a case of beauty being more than skin deep. The Super rides on a custom chassis and suspension to make the convertible a far better driver than even a pristine original example. Plus, Ward hides all sorts of modern upgrades inside that are practically invisible until he points them out. Leno absolutely falls in love with driving the Derelict Buick. If his enthusiasm grabs you, the video below from Ward goes much deeper into the build process of this awesome project.
