1977 Buick limited, I purchased from an older fellow about 2 years ago. I was told the mileage was actual at the time of approximately 59k. It sure looks to be only 61k! No rust, overall straight extremely solid body, good chrome and stainless, decent original interior for its age but, will need attention as it's brittle with age. This car came devoid of vinyl top, most you see have vinyl. Looks far better without! Trunk liner is in good condition, spare tire jack etc all there.

Starts, runs and drives good. May require a tune up and possibly rear tires as they are older. Front tires only a year old. Fairly recent battery and alternator. I only used it around town on occasion. a/c was cold when I bought it but, may need freon/servicing now. Seems to be road worthy however, I would have it mechanically checked out before any long voyage, as the car is 30 years + old.

With some minor details and TLC you should have a beautiful original low mileage example of 1970s luxury.

Opel readying Adam model with SUV cues

The Opel Adam, the microcar of General Motors' European subsidiary, has seen its sales cool significantly since it first hit the market in the United Kingdom and Europe, but a push is reportedly under way that just might be enough to get the stylish, little car moving again.
Using the Opel Adam Rocks Concept as a template, Opel will ruggedize the Adam, so that it might compete with the growing herd of city cars that sport SUV styling, like the Volkswagen Cross Up and Fiat Panda 4x4, according to a report from Automotive News Europe. Sporting a bumped-up ride height and tougher body work, it's a dedicated soft-roader, but will freshen the Adam's lineup and, hopefully, broaden its customer appeal.
The Adam Rocks, according to IHS Automotive analyst Ian Fletcher, should also make some more coin for GM's struggling European arm. "Automakers are happy to meet demand for SUV and crossovers as the customer pays a premium," Fletcher told ANE. And although the Rocks might have been planned from the start as a production vehicle, the timing, with the Adam's sales slowdown, doesn't seem like a coincidence.

The Autoblog team recently returned from wildly running around the Javits Center to cover all the news and debuts at the New York Auto Show. Sometimes, it's nice to take a more serene look at the exhibition floor, though, and the event's organizers are providing that exact opportunity by flying a drone through the hall. Combined with the down-tempo music, this clip feels like a form of automotive meditation. If you're going to miss the show in the Big Apple, the drone also provides a good overview at the exhibition floor, especially at the stands from Lexus, Buick, Dodge, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and BMW. Plus, it's a fun way to see some vehicles from a completely different angle than they ever appear on the road.
