Xcar spots the differences of refreshed Bentley Continental GT

Bentley unfurled the details about the refresh of its second-generation Continental GT earlier this year and gave the high-speed cruiser an official unveiling at the Geneva Motor Show. Even with the tweaks, the British brand kept its most popular model very refined, though. If you're still having a problem spotting all the differences for this posh coupe, Xcar is here to help with an informative new video. Rather than putting the focus exclusively on driving impressions, Xcar really leans heavily into listing the specific updates for the latest Conti GT. Beyond the updated front end, likely the most obvious change for the refreshed model are the big, B-shaped pieces of chrome trim around the side vents. If not obvious already, they make it exceedingly clear that this is a Bentley. A neat touch is the nip and tuck at the rear to create a spoiler on the trunk lid, which does a great job of communicating the intent of the company's sporty model. Xcar ranks the Continental GT as Britain's best grand tourer, although this video doesn't really explain why in much detail. Xcar luxuriates in the Bentley Mulsanne Speed

The difference between a Bentley and a Rolls-Royce, they say, is that you drive a Bentley, but you're driven in a Rolls-Royce. In this latest video, however, Xcar drives a different kind of Bentley. One that aims to challenge that notion. We're speaking of the Mulsanne, but not of just any ordinary Mulsanne – as if a $300k limousine could ever be considered "ordinary." No, this is the Mulsanne Speed, the amped-up version of Bentley's rival to the Rolls-Royce Phantom. In creating the Mulsanne Speed, the crew at Crewe took a vehicle in which you'd want to be driven, then tunes it for the driver. The ultimate Bentley, then? 2017 Bentley Model Year Preview and Updates

Over the last decade Bentley has done an excellent job in projecting a more sporting presence without in any way jeopardizing its luxury credibility. That luxury cred is again on the line with the launch of Bentley's new Bentayga SUV (pictured); its info is below. BENTLEY BENTAYGA: The biggest news at Bentley – literally and figuratively – is the arrival of Bentley's first SUV, the difficult-to-pronounce but beautifully executed Bentayga. Described as a 'true Bentley', the Bentayga provides expected luxury in combination with unexpected off-road performance. CONTINENTAL: More horsepower – up to 700 horsepower and 750 pound-feet of torque in the Supersports – is provided across the lineup, along with a new Black Edition available for both Coupe and Convertible. FLYING SPUR: A new V8 S model offers enhanced performance and 'sporting' luxury when compared to the more pedestrian V8. MULSANNE: Bentley's big four door receives significant styling revisions to the exterior, new and improved chassis technology and new on-board technology. The new Extended Wheelbase (EWB) adds almost 10-inches of additional rear seat legroom.
