Terms of Sale
PAYMENT METHODS:
Cash and direct wire transfers are the only acceptable form of payment unless otherwise specified by an authorized representative. Please contact us for details of finance and lease programs available and to apply. Please have all funds available for payment in full within a 7 day period and/or have financing arranged . If another form of payment is accepted by an authorized representative, the vehicle will only be released for delivery and/or shipping upon proof of valid and cleared funds in Naples Motorsports account.
DEPOSITS:
All vehicles remain available for sale until full payment or agreed upon deposit is received by Naples Motorsports Inc. When a deposit is received , the vehicle is taken off the market and other buyers may be lost. All deposits are only refundable at the sellers discretion. Please do not place a deposit on any vehicle unless you intend to purchase the car . Deposits are generally only accepted if the seller deems it appropriate for the buyer to have additional time to arrange for funds availability, financing, inspection etc. We do not accept deposits to hold a car so the buyer can "think about it".
REMAINING BALANCES DUE:
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due including all applicable taxes and fees within 7 days of the purchase date . This includes the completion of any finance or lease contracts necessary for Naples Motorsports Inc. to be funded in full for the vehicle purchase unless agreed upon by an authorized representative. All financial transactions are to be complete and Naples Motorsports fully funded before delivery and/or transportation of vehicle.
ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES:
We do charge a $599.50 documentation fee on each retail sale which includes a temporary tag when applicable, motor vehicle documents and transfers and miscellaneous expenses including clerical fees, notary fees and Federal Express and US mail charges. This fee will not be discounted or waived under any circumstance. Buyers are responsible for all state, county and local taxes and fees as well as any registration and title fees applicable in and required by the state in which the buyer will register and title the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for any expenses , tax and fees should they export the car outside of the US.
SHIPPING:
Naples Motorsports Inc. will be happy to assist buyer with transportation arrangements within the US borders when necessary to take advantage of our volume discounts. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and are generally paid COD when the car arrives directly to the transporter. Naples Motorsports Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our premises . Naples Motorsports Inc. can not be held responsible for any delays in shipping as it is beyond our control. We will do our best in estimating shipping dates and times to make the delivery as timely and smooth as possible. Naples Motorsports Inc. will NOT handle any arrangements for export outside the US . It is the purchasers sole responsibility to handle all related details and transport of any vehicle to be exported. Naples Motorsports, Inc. in no way represents or implies as to any vehicles legal ability to be exported outside of the US. Should you decide to come to Naples for delivery, we would be happy to help with your transportation arrangements and also arrange to pick you up at Ft Myers International Airport or Naples Municipal Airport. The reveal of the EXP 10 Speed 6 concept is without a doubt the bigger news – maybe the most exciting thing the British automaker has shown in years – but it's not the only piece of new metal on display at the Bentley stand in Geneva this year. Alongside the sports car concept, Bentley is showcasing revised versions of just about its entire bread-and-butter lineup, including the Continental GT, Continental GTC and Flying Spur. The latter sedan may have only received some new trim inside and out (along with a subtly massaged engine), but the two-door models benefit from a raft of enhancements. Most notable is the side vent that now features a metallic B emblem, but the updated sheetmetal also includes a more pronounced character line along the flank, revised front-end styling, a reprofiled trunk lid and more. There are new wheels of course, and the more performance-oriented versions get a new rear diffuser. The inside hasn't been left alone either, and the W12 engine packs a bit more power and a cylinder deactivation system. Hardly groundbreaking stuff, but vital revisions, we're sure, to keep the Continental fresh after a dozen years on the market. Volkswagen Group isn't totally giving up on diesels. While its flagship VW brand is clearly tarnished, the ultra-luxury Bentley division just revealed plans for its first oil-burner, a triple-charged 4.0-liter V8 that produces 429 horsepower and 664 pound-feet of torque. If the powertrain sounds familiar, that's because it's the same one found in the Audi SQ7 TDI. It's a clever system capable of giving what Bentley claims as the world's fastest diesel SUV a top speed of 168 miles per hour and a zero-to-62 mph time of 4.8 seconds. The SQ7 TDI can get to 62 mph in the same time, but is electronically limited to 155 mph, because it wouldn't make sense if the cheaper SUV could outperform the much more expensive one. The Bentayga also emits the lowest CO2 output of any Bentley and has a range of over 621 miles on one tank. Despite having a curb weight of 5,269 pounds, Bentley claims the Bentayga can get a combined rating of 35.8 mpg on the European cycle. The Bentayga Diesel may not be as powerful or as fast as the W12-powered model, but it's a lot more fuel efficient as the latter achieves a combined rating of 21.6 mpg on the European cycle. Other than the new engine, the Bentayga diesel is nearly identical to its gasoline-powered twin except for some discreet "V8 Diesel" badges on the front doors, a new exhaust outlet design, and a black grille. A Bentley spokesperson confirmed that the Bentayga diesel would not be sold in the US. And since Bentley won't be at this year's Paris Motor Show, don't get your hopes up on spotting the vehicle there. The diesel-powered SUV will go on sale in Europe early next year, which will be followed by its release in Russia, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Taiwan. Pricing for the SUV has not been announced yet. Wolfgang Dürheimer is still in play, with Bentley Motors announcing that he will return to the Chairman and CEO slot of the English company and French division Bugatti on June 1, 2014. He'll probably remember those chairs from the last time he filled them, since he was promoted to both positions in 2010 and remained there until September 2012, when he was installed as the head of R&D at Audi. That job only lasted until June of 2013, his nine-month tenure reported to be full of corporate drama that lead to his dismissal from the position. But as if on gardening leave, he's been in the low-profile position of General Representative of the Volkswagen Group responsible for motorsport. Once back at Bentley, he will take over as the company works on getting its SUV to market and expanding its range. Both of those briefs Dürheimer will know well, having proved his ability at Porsche in the first decade of the new millennium. And even though no longer at Audi, his hybrid days don't appear to be over, as Bentley recently announced that it will hybridize of 90 percent of its lineup. Dürheimer will also take on a third position, joining a VW Group committee focused on the US and Chinese markets. His successor at Bentley and Bugatti, Wolfgang Schreiber, has been promoted to "a leading position within the Volkswagen Group." There's a brief press release below with the official words.
