You are bidding on a 99 Bentley Azure, the vehicle is finished in a beautiful Oyster white exterior and oatmeal interior with autumn piping. The vehicle has 64k miles on the odometer and has been always well maintained by a local specialty shop. The car runs and shifts solid. The is no rust at all a real Florida car. The top works fine, so far no hydraulic fluid leaks. The front end was rebuilt recently including some upper and lower ball joints, control arm bushings and alignment. The car had a rear quarter panel collision which was repaired two years ago. There are some dings and dents on various places, the wood shows normal wear and tear throughout the years. It is still one of the last Crewe built Bentley's a solid convertible. A stunning car with the top down.

Bentley recalls 27,640 Continental, Flying Spur models
Tue, Oct 27 2015Even the world's most luxurious automakers aren't immune to recalls. Bentley is proving this point with a campaign on 27,640 of its posh models worldwide for a loose battery cable connection, Reuters reports. The problem affects all examples of the Continental GT, GTC, and Flying Spur with build dates between February 2011 and June 2014, and there are 7,778 of them in the US, according to company spokesperson Erin Bronner to Autoblog. "On a limited number of cars, a bolted connection for a battery cable joint could be loose where it passes through the front bulkhead," Bentley said in a statement. According to Bronner, there were four incidents were this electrical joint overheated, but there have been no reports of any injuries. As a repair, dealers will install a new connection system, which will take around two hours. Scroll down below for the entire statement. Average Bugatti owner has 84 cars, 3 jets, 1 yacht
Sun, 05 Oct 2014Between Audi, Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley and Bugatti, the Volkswagen Group has no lack of prestige marques under its umbrella. And while some of these marques may produce models that compete against each other, each seems to be profitable enough in its own right to justify its existence. But what about Bentley and Bugatti? Surely these marques cater to the same customers, right?
Not according to their shared CEO. "The clientele between Bentley and Bugatti is remarkably different," said Wolfgang Dürheimer in an interview with Bloomberg. "The Bentley customer on average owns 8 cars. The average Bugatti customer has about 84 cars, 3 jets and 1 yacht."
That may be a slight exaggeration (we'd have expected three yachts and one jet), but it puts things into perspective: Bentleys are for the one percent. Bugattis are for the one percent of that one percent. Which only goes to show why it's taken Bugatti over eight years to sell 450 Veyrons - a number of units it would take Bentley about two weeks to move, albeit at about one tenth the price.
