This car is offered for sale by a licensed Florida Motor Vehicle Dealer.

A $499 dealer fee is charged and Florida residents are required to pay sales tax, title and registration fees. Residents from other states might be required to pay their state’s sales tax to Florida - A more detailed explanation can be found at the Florida Department of Revenue website.

The buyer agrees to submit a $500 deposit with PayPal within 24 hours. The deposit is non-refundable. The balance is due within 7 days. Vehicle will not be available for pickup or shipping until payment clears our local bank. Payments accepted are Certified Bank Check, Bank Wire, Bank to Bank Electronic Transfer or cash in person unless other arrangements are agreed upon before auctions end.

We have made every effort to research and inspect this vehicle prior to sale but make no warranty as to the condition implied or expressed. Keep in mind that almost no used car is ever in perfect condition, all used cars have flaws from minor scratches to dings, dents and/or mechanical issues. I have describe this vehicle accurately but your interpretation could be different from mine. Pre-purchase inspections are encouraged. You or your representative are welcome to inspect this vehicle by appointment at my Fort Lauderdale, Florida location.

In the event the vehicle is shipped, this policy still applies, however the return must take place within 48 hours days from receipt and the vehicle must have fewer then 100 miles difference upon return. Return shipping is the obligation of the buyer.

Seller does accept cashiers checks, certified funds, bank wires or verified drafts from known financial institutions. Vehicle will not be available for pickup or shipping until payment clears our local bank.
