you that know in the BMW Enthusiast community know these motors if maintained
properly easily go 300,000 miles plus with no issues) I am an avid BMW
Enthusiast as well as a Classic Car Nut and so this car has been extremely well
maintained and cared for in every aspect.
It is a Daily Driver and needs absolutely nothing everything works
flawlessly and all maintenance and necessary upkeep for the mileage has been
taken care of along the way to keep this car in tip top running condition. Tires have only 10k miles on them (rated for 60k miles) and Wheels were professionally refinished. **I even have the Original Window Sticker! ** The Exterior Paint is in great shape and the interior is indeed nearly flawless just like it appears in the pictures and the Wheels were refinished last year and have been kept up. This Car is Original 100% right down to the wheels and the Business CD Player! Not a single Modification on the body or engine has been made it’s truly an original. It is a very nice and yes hard to find Interior color Natural Nappa (gives it a nice warmth and richness and great pizazz instead of the dull black interior that comes in most of them) Don’t Let the Automatic fool you this is a very quick car after all it is an M3. That is exactly why it’s being sold, my wife won’t let me hand it down to my daughter who is just about to get her driver’s license. Call Warren 425-246-5222

2014 BMW 2 Series is a 1 and then some
Thu, 24 Oct 2013
Pricing for the new coupe starts at $32,100 for the 228i and $43,100 for the M235i.
BMW has taken the wraps off its replacement for the 1 Series, the 2 Series, ahead of an official debut at the 2014 North American International Auto Show in January. Pricing for the new coupe starts at $32,100 for the 228i and $43,100 for the M235i that we showed you earlier today - not including $925 for destination. And before you break out the torches and pitchforks, know that those numbers compare favorably with the current 128i Coupe and 135is Coupe, which start at $31,500 and $43,550, respectively.
Gus Van Sant casts the BMW i8 in soft light
Sun, 18 May 2014BMW has spent the better part of a century building its reputation with fossil-burning transportation, but now it's banking heavily on the success of its new i family of electric vehicles. In order to succeed, it will need to sell examples of the i3, but sell the idea with the i8. And in order to do so, it is going to need some out-of-the-box promotional thinking. And that's just what it seems to have done with this latest campaign of television commercials.
The series of three (or at least that's how many have been released thus far) ads wax more poetic than most of the car ads we've seen. But while they might skimp on the technical details, they don't skip over the talent. The videos are the work of Oscar-nominated director Gus Van Sant, the cinematic artist best known for films like Good Will Hunting, Milk and Finding Forrester.
Van Sant has also solicited the voices of Sam Hazeldine (Caleb from Resurrection), Sting's daughter Mickey Sumner (Sophie from Frances Ha) and Michael Pitt (Jimmy from Boardwalk Empire), but doesn't hide them behind the microphone in the recording studio. Instead they serve as the face of Bavaria's new hybrid sports car, and the results are rather stunning. See for yourself in the trio of videos below.
Next-generation BMW 5 Series spied in Touring trim
Wed, 10 Jul 2013It almost seems as if BMW just started selling the current-generation 5 Series, yet one of our spy photographers has already spotted a next-generation prototype in Touring form. Little is known about the luxury wagon in this early stage of testing, but it is expected to weigh much less than the current car, which, in 528i Touring guise with an automatic transmission, tips the scale at over 3,800 pounds. It is also expected to have the latest in driver-assistance technology. Despite the weight savings, and judging from the photos, it looks to have proportions similar to the current car, but don't expect the makeshift headlight and taillight clusters to make it onto the production model.
The crucial question for potential Touring customers in the United States is whether BMW will do the unexpected and import it here. The company's track record indicates that it will be sold in Rest of World markets only, but we're hoping that the next 5 Series will end the Touring's U.S. hiatus (and the 5 Series Gran Turismo's reign), which began in 2003 at the end of the E39 generation.
