The car still smells like new, has been garaged and well taken care of. No Accidents, No damages, Engine and Transmission
are 100% strong and the car drives like NEW! It comes with a CLEAN TITLE with "Theft Recovery History", because the car was
stolen from the BMW dealership on a test drive, and the dealer misplaced the title (IT SHOWS ON THE CAR FAX). Because the
title was not recovered & the car was reported stolen,the insurance company salvaged the car, so that BMW dealer could be fully
compensated immediately. Insurance companies work well with Franchised dealers (it doesnt take much to writeoff a car & get paid)
The car suffered no damages and drives like new. There was an option to file for a clean title, seeing there was no damages
but the process would have been too tedious and costly to ship the car back to Minnesota from Florida to the procedure. So i simply
file for a Clean Title with Prior Salvage History which was smooth, and easy. The car comes with a CarFax which with this Theft Recovery only subtracted $620 from its value. Currently the car is still valued at -+$30,000 ($35,000 with Rims)..The carfax will support this information.
This car will be registered like any other clean titled car--The current Title is CLEAN, with theft recovery/prior salvage history.
The title is not REBUILT. Rebuilt is when you had to replace new/used parts to ensure the car is operable and safe for the road.
Considering there was no damages or accidents, I was able to obtain a CLEAN TITLE with "prior salvage history". So in other words,
the title will appear like a normal clean title but in the upper right hand corner it has "prior salvage history" and obviously that's due to
the car being stolen from the BMW dealership. You will be able to register, sell, title, do everything with the car like any other Clean titled car.
It was inspected by the State Trooper & was deemed road worthy/operable and pass all inspection test with no issues (very easy test for the State Trooper seeing there was no damages or accidents-only theft recovery), and it also received a Satety inspection and also passed. It was recently inspected and registered, SO THERE IS SHOULD BE NO REGISTRATION ISSUES WITH THE CAR, LIST ANY OTHER CLEAN TITLED CAR!

X4 launch to spearhead BMW crossover onslaught at NY Auto Show
Mon, 30 Dec 2013It's no secret that crossovers are one of the key vehicle types driving today's auto industry profits, and nowhere is that more true than among the world's luxury brands. BMW became one of the first players in the luxury CUV segment when it launched its original X5 in 1999, and buoyed by that model's runaway success, it followed up with the X3 in 2003, the X6 in 2008 and the X1 in 2009 (though the latter didn't make it to the US until late 2012). It's replaced the X5 twice since then and the X3 once, but the Bavarian automaker isn't about to let matters rest there.
First off, a production version of a new X4 model is expected at the New York Auto Show in April. The model was previously rumored to be earmarked for reveal a month earlier, but a new report from Autocar suggests that the previously mooted reveal date and location were inaccurate. The X4 is expected to apply the same controversial slant-back formula to the X3 that transformed the X5 into the X6, which will in turn lead to an update for the X3 as well.
But that's not all. Autocar also reports that before 2014 is out, BMW will unveil a revised X6 at the Moscow Motor Show in August, which will in turn be followed by upgraded versions of both the X6 M and X5 M. These high-performance crossovers are tipped to pack the same 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 as the outgoing versions, albeit with higher outputs than the current models' 555 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque. All this, and they're still expected to simultaneously improve fuel consumption and emissions figures.

Against the backdrop of fervent hand-wringing from brand purists, BMW is on the cusp of finally offering front-wheel-drive vehicles. While that's a shock to the constitution, many are pointing to the company's fine-handling Mini offerings as an article of faith that it can get this drivetrain paradigm shift right. That may be true, but there's an even more important lesson that Mini has taught the decision-makers in Munich: how to make real money on small cars.
Before Mini came along, BMW - along with seemingly every other premium European automaker - never really figured out how to coax big dollars out of American wallets without developing cars that had large footprints, at least those other than sports cars. While the automaker really got rolling in America on the strength of little bantamweights like the 2002, it veered away from small cars sometime in the '80s. BMW subsequently crashed and burned with the cut-and-shut 318ti built off its E36 3 Series and, good as it is, the 1 Series hasn't given the company meaty volume or profits, either. Among other brands, the Audi A3 has never rung up big numbers, and the less said about the painful sales figures of the Volvo C30, the better. But Mini has beat the odds, blazing a more affordable and evidently compelling trail. As of late, the company's Countryman softroader has been a massive hit worldwide. No surprise then that BMW has reconsidered bringing over its smallest softroader, the X1, to the US.
2015 BMW M4 gets initiated into the club
Fri, 22 Aug 2014It's easy for enthusiasts and traditionalists to give BMW a hard time these days, what with its plans to add more front-wheel drive models and seeming move away from more emotionally connected cars. However, the push for perfection that underscored its old Ultimate Driving Machine motto is still in there, especially in its M models. In fact, the first M4 recently made it to US shores, and the company thought the only appropriate way to celebrate was to introduce its new coupe to some of its high-performance forefathers.
The M4's initiation into the M car brotherhood involved bringing together no fewer than 52 classic and newer models - including four racecars and many privately owned vehicles - to an empty parking lot and letting the coupe drift and slalom around them to say hello. According to BMW, there was a combined 11,566 horsepower on hand. It takes a pretty trusting owner to stand back and watch as a brand-new vehicle slides its tail out with the rear wheels smoking within feet of their pride and joy.
