This is a 1974 bmw 2002tii. Matching numbers, 4 speed, no sunroof, runs as it should, new interior , good paint but not perfect, zero signs of rust. Complete service records since first in 1974. Great daily driver needed only minor reconditioning to be a show car. New alpine head unit, factory dealer location. New alpine 5.25 speakers with tweeters under dash original dealer location clean instal, and two 6" JL subwoofers with JL amplifier. Original dealer instal A/C and heater. Oil pressure gauge mounted in glove box. Original manual and log book. Spare tire and original jack/ and tools. Tires are cracking but have plenty of tread, original size. BMW Pininfarina Gran Lusso Coup'e concept echoes 8 Series
Tue, 14 May 2013BMW and Pininfarina are planning to debut a new concept at the 2013 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. The Gran Lusso Coupé is designed to be the next logical step forward from the Zagato Coupé, and the one-off creation boasts plenty of BMW earmarks to set the car off as a true member of the German automaker's family. With a long wheel base and a stretched nose, the two door can't help but channel the long-dead BMW 8 Series, and the potent V12 under the hood only reinforces the link.

Mini Countryman PHEV caught at electric watering hole
Fri, Jul 15 2016Our spy photographers have once again found the next generation Mini Countryman out testing in the wild. This time, they caught it replenishing its thirst for electrons. Although we knew some sort of hybrid Countryman was coming, this confirms its existence and plug-in capabilities beyond any reasonable doubt. Like the rest of the Mini lineup, this new Countryman will be noticeably larger than its predecessor. It also appears to feature a larger, more aggressive grille and lower intake vents. Other than that, the car appears to be quite evolutionary in design. Our spy photographers expect the plug-in hybrid Countryman to debut in 2019 powered by a combination of the 1.5-liter turbocharged three-cylinder and an electric motor. We have also predicted that the gasoline engine could power the front wheels while the electric motor (or motors) powers the rear wheels, which together could provide all-wheel-drive and 240 horsepower. For the most part, they look almost identical to their coupe versions, except that they now boast an electrically folding soft top.
BMW is dropping the top of the 2 Series in early 2015 in the US with convertible versions of the 228i and M235i. They'll make their world debut at the Paris Motor Show later this year and will show their faces on this side of the pond at the 2014 Los Angeles International Auto Show.
