2004 Audi Tt Turbo Quattro Premium Coupe 2-door 1.8l on 2040-cars
Kaysville, Utah, United States
This is a 2004 Audi TT Quattro AWD Premium Turbo with 6 speed manual
transmission, that is highly modified, brand new tires on 19"
color-matched 19x8.5 and 19x10 Turboline Turbo Twists Porsche wheels.
The tires are a 225x35x19 and 265x30x19 and the stance is dialed in with
a camber kit and H&R's new Street Performance stainless steel
coilovers that are both height and damping adjustable. The car also has
an APR Stage 1 ECU upgrade, a top of the line Forge front mount
intercooler, a top of the line mishimoto aluminum radiator, silicone
hoses, a Clutch Masters FX100 stage 1 clutch and a stage 1 Fidanza
lightweight aluminum flywheel, a front Wilwood Big Brake Kit, slotted
brake rotors, stainless steel brake lines, red stuff performance brake
pad kit, lightweight pully's, a Zex nitrous kit, K&N intake kit,
Neuspeed short shifter, window tint and GMP Performance 2.5" cat-back
exhaust. This car has over $25k in performance upgrades. GMP Performance
installed the cat-back exhaust, k&n intake, coilovers, camber kit,
and ECU upgrade. At that point they had it Dyno'd at 287 Horse. I have
not had it Dyno'd since the front mount intercooler, aluminum radiator,
stage 1 clutch and flywheel, pully's, big brake kit, turbo timer, and
the ZEX nitrous kit was installed. So I am not sure on exact horse power
to the wheels. However it is well over 300. It has a new battery, has
always been service, completely babied, always maintained with royal
purple synthetic oil and filter. This car is a very unique because of
the AWD, power and incredible gas mileage. I average 32.1 MPG. This car
is very small and light, with this kind of power is very fun to drive
and you have never driven anything that can handle like this car. I am
6” 1” and have plenty of room, the front seat area is surprisingly
roomy. I have only used the ZEX nitrous a few times, still on first
tank of nitrous. This TT is a premium package, grey leather seats, the
leather is perfect, not a scratch on it. All of the interior is
absolutely perfect. Complete with a pioneer stereo with Bluetooth, usb
and ipod connections, hands free. The audi has a 6 disc changer from the
factory stereo that can be hooked up to the pioneer stereo with an
added module. Front seat heaters, I also have original audi wheels and
tires, spare tire and some of the original parts that have been
upgraded. The exterior has been kept under a cover, always
waxed and cleaned. Never driven hard and put away wet! All regular and
preventative maintenance has been done on this vehicle, absolutely not
problems and not current maintenance needed. The timing belt and water
pump were replaced not too long ago. The car has a perfect carfax, never
had any damage or accidents at all. I hate to sell the car however we
now have 2 kids and need to get a more family friendly vehicle. Call me with any serious inquiries or offers 801-518-5264

Automakers score 8 out of top 20 most-watched ads on YouTube [w/videos]
Fri, 14 Dec 2012Who would have ever thought there'd be a day where people are able to skip television commercials only to go to websites to watch them later? Such is the joy of a DVR and YouTube. AdWeek tabulated the 20 most-watched ads on YouTube, and found that nine were car-related including eight coming from automakers.
Volkswagen continued its Star Wars theme with two ads in the top 20, including the highest-ranking car commercial The Bark Side spot at number three with almost 18 million views, which doesn't even have a single car in it. Some of our favorites are from Chrysler with Clint Eastwood in It's Halftime in America and House Arrest with Charlie Sheen for the Fiat 500 Abarth. Chevrolet, Honda, Audi and Toyota were the other automakers in the top 20, but we'd be remiss if we didn't at least mention one of the coolest ads on the list, the Hot Wheels corkscrew jump.
Of all the car videos, only the Fiat ad wasn't played during a Super Bowl. Check out all eight videos - in order - after the jump. Nike took the top spot with its My Time is Now ad that has been seen online more than 20 million times with Pepsi's Uncle Drew posted up in the runner-up; some of the other videos include four Old Spice commercials and an ad in which Snoop Dogg is pedaling Hot Pockets.
Audi SQ7 coming, will have electric turbo
Sun, 27 Jul 2014Formula 1 and endurance racing are already harvesting energy from turbos on the track, and now it's apparently time for a similar idea of boosting the efficiency of forced induction to hit the streets in a high-performance, diesel SUV.
In a recent interview with the UK's Autocar, Audi technical boss Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg let the big news slip. "The new Q7 will be available in the market next year but the electric turbo will come a bit later in the Audi SQ7 available in 2016," he said. The e-turbo system was already rumored for the premium SUV but for the standard model, not this just-announced performance version.
Audi has been experimenting with the e-turbo system for a little while, as an electrically driven supercharger. It showed up on the RS5 TDI concept that used a 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged diesel V6 plus the electric system to diminish turbo lag. In that application, it provided an impressive 385 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque and an alleged sprint to 62 miles per hour in 4 seconds. Although, Dr. Hackenberg didn't make it clear if this was the exact layout for the SQ7.
2016 Audi S6 and S7 First Drive
Mon, Jun 15 2015Audi paired the S6 and S7 for the purposes of this test in Southern California, but these are rather disparate cars. A three-box sedan, even a sporty one like this S6, is for a specific kind of customer. A sleek, four-door hatchback like the S7, on the other hand, is for a different kind of person. These two people might not be as different as Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, but at the very least the S7 is the S6's lothario neighbor – the one who's always got a glass of scotch in one hand and a chambermaid in the other. A day spent in the canyons around Los Angeles proves there's a big difference between these cars. First, though, let's discuss their similarities. The S6 and the S7 get the same design overhaul we detailed in our piece on the 2016 Audi A6, namely the edge work done on the grille, bumpers, headlights, and taillights. Additionally, they get Audi's new MMI system – the brand's next step in infotainment. A day spent in the canyons proves there's a big difference between these cars. Changes exclusive to these S models include flat-bottomed steering wheels with model badges at the base of the center spoke, and aluminum-finish shift paddles. The pedals and footrest get the aluminum look as well. There's also a new shift lever, and a revised design for the Quattro badge. New seat and surface treatments join the options list, such as Beaufort Walnut inlays and Valcona leather seats in Cedar Brown. The S7 has a new Arras Red interior option as part of its design selection palette, but the striking addition there is the carbon fiber inlay it comes with, which is interwoven with a red thread. You lean in really, really close and see that scarlet yarn, and the cockpit immediately feels more special. It's the kind of beautiful subtlety you expect from Audi, and the result is a scrumptious cabin. The twin-turbo, 4.0-liter V8 gets 30 more horses, topping out at 450 horsepower. Torque remains the same at 406-pound-feet, but fuel economy increases ever so slightly to 18 miles per gallon in the city, 27 mpg highway, and 21 mpg combined. The S6 makes a meal of curves, but it does give away a hint of the effort. It seems that a fair number of buyers wanted S vehicles without the whole suite of go-fast bits; they liked having the "S" on their chests, they didn't need all of the superpowers. Thus, Audi took the Quattro sport differential and dynamic steering off the standard menu, and bundled it with the sport exhaust to create the now-optional Sport Package.
