Very Rare Supercharged STaSIS Challenge Extreme Edition Audi R8 V10
First off, this car is not for everyone.
you want the absolute fastest car on the road... Then you must check this car out. If you wanted to recreate this
car, you'd have to buy a mint R8 V10, and spend about $70,000 in upgrades. This is a steal for the enthusiast who
wants the fastest and most beautiful car on the road.
715 HP, 523 lb-ft of torque, 0-60 in 2.8 seconds, 1.01G lateral acceleration, 1.05G braking!
This car accelerates faster and handles better than an Aventador! This car is in mint condition. Has a clear bra on the front and rear, so the paint is pristine underneath.
The car has the complete carbon fiber package which includes interior, exterior, and engine bay all in carbon.
The STaSIS Challenge Extreme package was $55,000 at the time of purchase, plus I added another $15,000 in mods on
top of that.
There were not many of these produced, and it’s extremely rare when one comes up for purchase. If you act fast,
you could own a piece of automotive history. This car will not last long.
All STaSIS equipment was installed at the factory and covered under the original warranty. Upgrades include:
STaSIS supercharger
STaSIS pully system
STaSIS intake manifold
STaSIS engine tune software with dual maps for 91 and 100 octane race fuel
STaSIS brake package with rotors, calipers, lines
Tubi exhaust
H&R springs
Clear bra on front and rear

Audi designs science fiction car for Ender's Game movie [w/video]
Wed, 07 Aug 2013Audi is no stranger to product placement in movies, but the upcoming sci-fi adventure movie, Ender's Game, will be the first time the German automaker has ever unveiled a "purely virtual" vehicle design in a movie. As the movie's star car, the futuristic Audi fleet shuttle quattro was created by Audi Design as a "vision for the future world."
This new movie car comes almost 10 years after one of our favorite Audi movie cars ever, the Audi RSQ that was prominently used in the 2004 sci-fi action film, I, Robot. Looking back, the RSQ obviously used cues from the Audi R8, but it's unclear if the fleet shuttle quattro has any design implications for future Audi production models.
The movie, based on the best-selling novel of the same name, stars Harrison Ford and Asa Butterfield, and it premiers in the US on November 1. Audi has provided images of the fleet shuttle quattro, and Summit Entertainment has released its latest trailer for the movie, which is posted below along with an Audi press release.
Audi to launch 600-hp RS6 Avant Plus?
Tue, 01 Jul 2014Much to the dismay of many - but apparently not enough - there's a whole category of power wagons available overseas that we just can't get our hands on. While the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG Estate and Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon are both available Stateside, the recently revised Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG Shooting Brake, the Jaguar XFR-S Sportbrake we recently drove at the Nürburgring and the Audi RS6 Avant remain out of reach for American buyers. They all stand on more-or-less equal footing, with forced-induction V8s producing around 550 horsepower. But Audi is apparently taking things over and above with a new RS6 Plus.
Revealed ahead of schedule on a British dealer's website (which leaked details accompanied by a stock photo of the existing model), the RS6 Avant Plus will apparently keep the same 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, but upgrade from 560 hp to a nice, round 600 to put it ahead of the competition and in league with supercars. Considering that the existing RS6 Avant is already capable of cracking the four-second barrier to 60 and tops out at over 190 miles per hour, we're sure the Plus version will positively annihilate the Autobahn, all while bringing your whole family along for the ride.
Unfortunately it doesn't look any more likely that Quattro GmbH's latest Plus model will make the transatlantic journey to American showrooms, but we can hope that maybe Audi will perform similar modifications on the RS7 Sportback we do get here.
2015 Audi Q3 is ready to woo America's young and upwardly mobile
Mon, 13 Jan 2014You can hardly blame Audi for its decision to finally bring its Q3 compact crossover to America, even though it's been on sale in other global markets since 2012. CUVs of all stripes are red hot, and the number of players in the US entry-level premium segment is mushrooming. Rapidly growing Audi simply can't afford to be left out of the discussion in favor of vehicles like the BMW X1, Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, and even small near-luxury entries like the Buick Encore, if only because capturing these customers could result in subsequent sales of more profitable models down the road.
Audi evidently intends to attract these new, younger customers by spoiling them in decidedly unGermanic fashion: by offering lots of standard equipment. Peruse the spec sheet on base models from rivals and you'll see things like manually adjusted faux leather seats, conventional projector headlamps, and little in the way of frills. By comparison, the 2015 Q3 comes with an embarrassment of standard features, including heated and power-articulated leather seats, panoramic moonroof, Xenon headlamps with LED accents and keyless start.
First impressions of the four-cylinder, 200-horsepower Q3 revealed here at the Detroit Auto Show are very positive, with a rakish (if overly familiar) shape and a fair amount of utility with up to 48.2 cubic feet of storage with the rear seats folded. If Audi can price the Q3 similarly to the entry-level BMW X1 sDrive28i ($31,825 delivered) when it arrives this fall, we think it'll sell like hotcakes - just like its Q5 big brother.
