For sale is my 2006 Audi A4 2.0T Avant Quattro (all wheel drive)

65,xxx miles, automatic transmission with tiptronic

Pretty rare to find an Audi wagon, especially one like this. This car is amazing, great gas mileage! (350-400 out of a 16g tank) all the maintenance is up to date. At 60k I replaced all the coil packs, spark plugs, Diverter Valve, PCV Valve, and the turbo breather valve were all replaced with OEM Audi updated parts, also just did the front breaks with drilled Zimmerman rotors and Bosch pads! This is a late model 2006 so a lot less noisy engine operations and a lot less issues with the car compared to previous 2005.5 and early model 2006.

Now the extras,

SLine front bumper - $400
S4 quad tip rear valance - $200
Custom quad tip exhaust powder coated matte black - $500
19" VMR V708 Wheels with Michelin tires - $2,200
H&R Lowering Springs - $250
Hotchkis front and rear sway bars - $500
Powder coated roof rails - $100
Painted front grill and window trim - $500
Tinted windows - $250
Smoked tail lights, side markers and turn signals - $200
Sirius XM Sat Radio - $150
THAT'S OVER 5K IN UPGRADES

Very well taken care of, washed twice a week and detailed once a month. Ready for a new owner! Salvage title in hand!! Car was involved in a previous front end accident (no air bags deployed) I purchased it from insurance company and brought it back to life. Pictures of damage upon request. I just performed a pre purchase inspection (PPI) at my local Audi dealer ship on the 26th and that is available for reviewing upon request.

Asking price is $15,800 OBO CAR IS LOCATED IN FRESNO, CA

Next Audi TT RS comes in 2016, manual transmission doesn't

Tue, Jul 21 2015

This line comes from our review of the 2012 Audi TT RS: "Did we mention that the 2012 TT RS is only available with a manual transmission?" When we review the next-generation TT RS, expected to launch next year, we'll have to rewrite that line as: "Did we mention that the TT RS is not available with a manual transmission?" That's the word from Car and Driver, which has heard that the superheated little coupe will only come with the seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox found in the Euro-market RS3 Sportback. The first generation came with a dual-clutch and a manual transmission in Europe, but the unit for our market required the laying on of hands to get from one cog to another. If we don't get another, the blow will be all the more painful because Audi's manual transmissions are so good. Our assessment summed up the last one thus, "With a short, precise throw and excellent action, the transmission is a mechanical work of art." Good news? Volkswagen says the installed DQ500 dual-clutch is faster, more refined, and more reliable. As well, power from the reworked 2.5-liter, turbocharged five-cylinder should rise from 360 horsepower to "around 400." You'll just be asked to keep your hands off of it. The first-gen car only came here after a successful Facebook petition gathered more than 11,000 signatures in a month, we wish Audi had given us a chance to weigh in on this, too. Although we will probably get it later next year as a 2017 model, we could see it at the Frankfurt Motor Show in two months. Related Video:

Audi RS Q3 is funky, chunky, spunky forbidden fruit [w/videos]

Tue, 05 Mar 2013

After salivating over the Audi RS6 Avant last night, we're happy to see yet another RS-branded Audi here on the show floor at the Geneva Motor Show. Meet the RS Q3, Audi's first ever high-performance crossover, showing what's possible when the Ingolstadt automaker brings its best sporting bits to its smallest CUV.
Powering the RS Q3 is Audi's 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder engine - the same one found in sweetie-darlings like the TT RS and RS3. Output is rated at 310 horsepower and 309 pound-feet of torque, sent to all four wheels via the automaker's seven-speed S-tronic dual-clutch transmission. Weighing in at just over 3,800 pounds, the RS Q3 is indeed a porky little pig, but no matter - that forced-induction fire will propel the small crossover to 62 miles per hour in five and a half seconds. And that's with launch control, too.
The RS Q3 certainly looks the part of a proper sporty Audi, with exaggerated air vents and bulgy, aggressive bits all around. Honestly, we like the way the RS package has translated to the Q3 form - this design really works well on the smaller CUV package. Inside, performance-minded fittings like a flat-bottomed steering wheel, upgraded gauges and sport seats bring the whole RS pack full circle. We'll admit, we're definitely intrigued by this little guy.

Audi moving ahead with Q1 crossover

Wed, 02 Oct 2013

Audi crossovers have been getting smaller with each passing year. What started with the Q7 has since downsized to the Q5, then to the Q3, and now reports coming in from Germany reaffirm speculation that Ingolstadt is preparing to go one more size down with a Q1.
The new pint-sized premium crossover would likely share the platform that underpins the Volkswagen Polo and Audi's own A1. Although the architecture has already been modified to accommodate all-wheel drive, Autobild suggests that the Q1 would be a front-drive-only affair, which might limit its appeal somewhat, but then most buyers probably wouldn't opt for all-wheel drive anyway.
