Hello All,
I am selling my 2004 Audi A4. The car has served me well the last few years however I have decided to move on and get a new car. The car runs fine. As with any used car that is sold, I am selling the car completely as-is and all sales are final - there are no returns or refund under any circumstances. The car has normal nicks and scratches for a 2004 car, please see the pictures. Note in the pictures that the glove compartment cover will close, however, it is not connected and can be completely removed (it broke off, but will stay closed). One other thing to note is that the car's dashboard always has the engine check light on. I've been riding the car with the light on for 2 years without any problems. I brought the car to the mechanic multiple times (particularly when I needed an inspection) and they could never find the problem. This should not be an issue, however, I can't guarantee anything - and again, the car is sold as-is. I will not ship this vehicle. You will need to come pick up the car. I will only accept cash. Audi teases Frankfurt reveal... is it the A8?
Mon, 29 Jul 2013Audi has already rumored to have plans to reveal a 650-horsepower Sport Quattro Concept at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September, but it also seems that we'll be getting our first look at the 2015 Audi A8 as well. Based on a panned-out shot of a teaser video, we can clearly see that this is a new sedan model, so it makes sense that is the updated A8 since we've already seen recent spy shots of that car that seemed to be almost complete.
In the short video, all that we can definitely see is the Audi logo in the grille, a five-spoke wheel with cross-drilled, ceramic disc brakes and a small portion of the front fender that has an almost mirror-like shine. We'll find out for sure in September, but until then, check out the teaser video posted below.
2016 Audi R18 whooshes around Sebring to test for WEC
Fri, Dec 11 2015The 2016 Audi R18 is a radically different endurance racer than the model it replaces. The designers drape the chassis in an angular body rather than the previous curves, and the engineers added lithium-ion batteries for energy storage. Now, we get to see these big changes in motion thanks to a video of the new car testing at Sebring. Like previous iterations of Audi's diesel-fueled racers, the latest R18 is quiet around the track. It seems to sneak up on corners with just a whoosh and a whir from the powertrain. The updated design also looks a lot better in motion than in static photos. Audi had a rough time in the 2015 FIA World Endurance Championship after losing to rival Porsche both at Le Mans during the summer and in the manufacturers' standings at the end of the year. Audi Nanuk Concept likes Parcour, puts four rings on it
Tue, 10 Sep 2013Without a doubt, one of the coolest (and weirdest) debuts from this year's Geneva Motor Show had to be the Italdesign Giugiaro Parcour concept. And ever since the off-road performance coupe with Lamborgini guts made its debut, we've sort of been smitten with it. We figured this neat two-door would be a one-and-done show car, but to our delight, the folks at Italdesign worked with Audi to create this, the Nanuk Quattro Concept, which makes its debut here at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Unlike the original Parcour, the Nanuk ditches the high-revving Lambo-sourced 5.2-liter V10 in favor of a twin-turbocharged 5.0-liter diesel V10. That's a beast of an engine, and with 544 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque on hand, it means the 4,189-pound, all-wheel-drive Audi can scoot to 62 miles per hour in under four seconds. Of course, being a diesel, it's surprisingly efficient, and we're told the Nanuk can achieve up to 30 miles per gallon.
As much as we sort of hate the term, the Audi Nanuk is a proper coupe-crossover if we've ever seen one, and utilizes the automaker's next-generation adaptive air suspension (the Parcour had a different pushrod arrangement) that offers a range of almost three inches of height adjustment. There's also an integral steering setup, meaning the rear wheels can turn up to nine degrees in the opposite direction of the front rollers, improving maneuverability.
