I am the third personal owner of this low mileage DB7. Penske originally imported and outfitted the car with everything available. Atlanta Aston Martin where I purchased the car commented that they have never seen a DB7 with two pages of options (see photos of the window sticker.) Options on the car are carbon fiber trim, premium audio system, spare wheel, full stainless large bore sport exhaust, aluminum pedal pads, Touchtronic steering wheel and stick manual shifting, wire mesh grills, sports front seats like the Vanquish, fire extinguisher mounted on the floor behind drivers seat, color coded brake calipers, and the much more aggressive 19" wheels and tires. Sticker price was $163,060. In addition to these options, about three thousand miles ago I added new GT slotted rotors and matching pads. The rotors and brakes still look new showing no wear. As you can see in the photos, the hood and front bumper cover are removed due to damage of hitting a deer. This happened four years ago, and the car has remained licensed and insured since that time. It continues to have a clean CARFAX since this is comprehensive, not collision damage. The car has never been in any collision. It has always been parked in a garage. If you're interested, I can send pictures of the removed parts so you can see they are barely damaged. However, I am not aware of anyone who can repair an aluminum hood nor would I want to try to repair the inexpensive bumper cover as it is available from many sources. The car has just been inspected and the license renewed, and I drive it regularly to keep it in good running order. I have all the parts to repair the car, but you would need to purchase a hood and bumper/bumper cover and mount them. Everything on the car works, and it still looks excellent. The paint is superb, as is the interior showing zero wear even on the large seat bolsters. The car starts, idles, and runs exceptionally well. I have driven this car on two long road trips - one from Atlanta to Seattle (about 5,500 miles) when I purchased it, and one from Seattle to Austin (about 2,500 miles) where I live now. You can drive it anywhere as it is. I would fix the car myself, but I just don't have the time or inclination. I've priced the car such that you have many options to either make quite a bit of money selling, or repair for little money and enjoy one of the cleanest and best DB7 V12 Vantages in existence. Feel free to ask any questions and good luck bidding. There is no reserve, so this car will sell this month.

Spectre star Daniel Craig suffers minor injury riding in Aston Martin DB10

Fri, Feb 27 2015

The Aston Martin DB10 might look amazing. It does not, however, have an abundance of headroom, as James Bond actor Daniel Craig found out. The star of the 24th 007 film, Spectre, Craig was injured while filming a scene inside the DB10. The car was shooting a chase scene in Rome with the film's other four-wheeled star, the Jaguar C-X75, when the stuntman behind the wheel (which happened to be a cage on the coupe's roof) hit one of the ancient city's notorious potholes. Craig bopped his head hard enough to warrant a trip to the on-set medic, The Los Angeles Times reports. According to The Times, the DB10 was being chased by the one-off Jag of film baddie Dave Bautista on Rome's Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Craig's injuries were deemed minor enough that he made a scheduled trip to London to continue filming. Next time 007, stick to the Fiat. Related Video:

Aston Martin DB11 fully exposed before Geneva debut

Wed, Feb 17 2016

You're forgiven if you don't remember much about Daniel Craig's last adventure as James Bond 007 in Spectre. The movie was largely forgettable, but the Aston Martin DB10 built for the film was nice to look at, until it took a swim in the Tiber. Since the DB10 was never intended for production, the DB11 is on its way as a DB9 replacement. We've been seeing camouflaged DB11 prototypes running around Europe for a while now. And now, thanks to a photographer taking a picture when he or she wasn't supposed to, and posting that image to Twitter, we can show you what the front of the upcoming DB11 looks like well ahead of its probable Geneva Motor Show debut. Twitter user @Rudybenjamin13 posted the photo you see below earlier today, although with the caveat that the account was just sharing the photo and didn't take it. Whether that's the case is neither here nor there. On me dit que je risque d'etre emmerde donc tant qu'a faire ... #astonmartin #DB11 . Je relaie .... pic.twitter.com/Xle3BkjJF9 — RudyB001 (@Rudybenjamin13) February 17, 2016 It's a much more traditional front fascia than the DB10's concept-car aesthetic. Bigger, road-legal headlights and a more traditional Aston grille bookend an incredibly sculpted hood. Where the DB10 was shark-nosed and aggressive, the DB11 looks traditional and profoundly powerful. It will fit right into the lineup, which can't quite be said for the DB10, whatever you think of it. From this angle, it's both expected and satisfying. We can't wait to see it in the flesh, hopefully in Geneva. Aston Martin losses shrink, still amount to nearly $10k per car

Wed, Oct 8 2014

Aston Martin's current lineup may be the best it's ever been, but that doesn't mean the automaker is making money off its Vantage, DB9, Vanquish and Rapide dream machines. In fact, the company lost $41 million in 2013, but that pretax figure is actually a third lower than in 2012. Revenue was up a promising 12.6 percent, according to Reuters. The Kuwaiti-owned British manufacturer blames its losses on the still troubled global economy, acknowledging that it's seen a small recovery in the ultra-high-end segment of the market. Global sales were up from 3,800 to 4,200 in 2013. To put it all in perspective, $41 million in losses on 4,200 units works out to around $9,700 lost per vehicle sold. That's no way to run a railroad. While the company's CFO, Hanno Kirner, told Reuters the company is hoping for a big bounceback by 2016, Aston's fortunes in the United States remain uncertain due to a new federal side-impact standards. The company has filed for exemption, although the jury is still out on the success of that petition.
