I looked far and wide to find the perfect Alfa Spider Veloce and then took it to the next level. Here you have the Spider that stands heads and shoulders above the rest.

The car was just fully serviced by none other than RML Alfa in Daytona Beach Florida

All mechanical requirements were taken care of including trailing arm bushings, new brake lines, and replacement of the single uJoint. An oil change and filter were performed using correct products.

All electrical is perfect without exception which is (as we know) rare. I went as far as Germany to get an NOS OEM electric antenna and also replaced the factory radio with one that plays a CD and has USB input for iPhones and the like. I retained the stock radio and that comes with the car.

The tires are new YOKO AVID ENVIGOR with less than 200 miles. The tires were Road Force Balanced and mounted on the Telephone Dial wheels which I had fully restored to remove slight road rash. All within the last 200 miles.

The top is new, flawless rear window.

The seats are full leather and new as is the carpeting.

The car comes with a new California Car Cover that is only used in my climate controlled garage, an Alfa bag for the cover, tool roll (for your tool, I am keeping mine), two original sets of keys, Key Fobs, Full owners manuals and jacket, Shop Manual, the Alfa Bible and the Sales Brochure.

So there you have it. You win this one and you have a fully sorted car that requires nothing more than to be driven. My work life balance has not provided the amount of free time to enjoy what we have here so we are regrettably moving on.

So again:

1) Yes, everything works
2) it needs nothing
3) all service history and documentation is included.

Now finally some fine print. I have an enclosed car trailer and will deliver the car within 250 miles of Daytona Beach FL for $1.25 per mile. Shipping is your responsibility however I will work with your provider. Car leave here when your funds are cleared.

Good luck bidding and please ask questions. Happy to take phone calls or exchange emails. Many more pictures can be found here:

Stellantis expects to hit emissions target without Tesla's help

Tue, May 4 2021

Franco-Italian carmaker Stellantis expects to achieve its European carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions targets this year without environmental credits bought from Tesla, its CEO said in an interview published on Tuesday. Stellantis was formed through the merger of France's PSA and Italy's FCA, which spent about 2 billion euros ($2.40 billion) to buy European and U.S. CO2 credits from electric vehicle maker Tesla over the 2019-2021 period. "With the electrical technology that PSA brought to Stellantis, we will autonomously meet carbon dioxide emission regulations as early as this year," Stellantis boss Carlos Tavares said in the interview with French weekly Le Point. "Thus, we will not need to call on European CO2 credits and FCA will no longer have to pool with Tesla or anyone." California-based Tesla earns credits for exceeding emissions and fuel economy standards and sells them to other automakers that fall short. European regulations require all car manufacturers to reduce CO2 emissions for private vehicles to an average of 95 grams per kilometer this year. A Stellantis spokesman said the company is in discussions with Tesla about the financial implications of the decision to stop the pooling agreement. "As a result of the combination of Groupe PSA and FCA, Stellantis will be in a position to achieve CO2 targets in Europe for 2021 without open passenger car pooling arrangements with other automakers," he added. Tesla's sales of environmental credits to rival automakers helped it to announce slightly better than expected first-quarter revenue this week. The next tightening of European regulations will soon be the subject of proposals from the European Commission. The 2030 target could be lowered to less than 43 grams/km. Alfa Romeo 8C, Maserati Quattroporte and Granturismo models recalled over rust fears

Mon, 20 May 2013

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced Maserati and Alfa Romeo are recalling certain Quattroporte, Granturismo and 8C models over potentially faulty tie rod ends. According to NHTSA, 2005-2008 Quattroporte, 2008 Granturismo and 2008 8C units may have been assembled with tie rod ends that have insufficient corrosion protection. As such, the components may rust, weaken and potentially fail. If that happens, the driver could lose control of the vehicle and cause an accident.
Maserati and Alfa Romeo will contact owners and replace the tie rod end assemblies once the recall gets underway in June. All told, 7,438 vehicles are impacted by the recall. You can read the full NHTSA notice below for more information.

2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia still makes us swoon

Wed, Sep 16 2015

It may have debuted in June, but Alfa Romeo's hot new Giulia makes its first public appearance at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show this week. And even though we've told you all there is to know right now, we just can't resist bringing you another set of photos, and another round of praise. Alfa is once again showing the Giulia in top-of-the-line Quadrifoglio spec, complete with a twin-turbocharged V6 that's said to make around 510 horsepower. We already know it sounds awesome, and all we can say is, watch out BMW M3. Alfa Romeo is quoting a 0-62 time of less than four seconds, and we're told the car will have the quickest steering in its class. Sounds good to us. The Giulia will officially launch in early 2016, and while the top-trim Quadrifoglio will probably start around $70,000 or $75,000, less-aggressive, more mainstream models will also be available. There's talk of four-cylinder power with both gasoline and diesel motivation, but it's unclear exactly what's in sore for the US-spec car. Still, it's exciting to see the new Giulia, and we're eager to drive Alfa's latest when it goes on sale next year.
Your browser does not support iframes.
Related Video:
