The winning bidder must contact the seller (J&D Auto Group Inc.) within 24 hours of winning this auction to start transaction and to receive a bill of sale by email or FAX.

The winning bidder must respond within 24 hours after the auction with a $500 non-refundable deposit required via PayPal to start transaction. Buyer must pay remaining balance within 7 days of auction end. If the above items are not met within the allotted time frame, the vehicle may and will be available to all other buyers on a first come, first serve basis.

All Ebay deals  must be consummated within 7 days from the closing day of the auction. Please notify us for any exceptions.

Florida residents must add 6.00% sales tax, and titling fees.
$299.00 doc. fee added to all deals, out of state purchasers are required to pay applicable taxes and titling fees in their home state. Certain nonresidents may not claim the out of state buyer exemption; Following is a list including tax rates: AZ.6.25%,CA.6.25%,IN.6.25%,MA.6.25%,MI.6.00%,SC.5.00%.

Title Information: 
Vehicles titles in many cases is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Titles may be held up to 10 days if payment is made via cashier’s check or 3rd party loan check or draft.

Shipping & Delivery: 
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. J&D Auto Group will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $1,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our lot. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with J&D Auto Group Inc. 

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally takes 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival.

Additional Requirements:
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST scan copy their State issued valid Driver License and emailed to Seller. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to seller.
