Here is a great opportunity to own one of the best Japanese super cars. Its really hard for me to let the car go,since its my own personal car. I had it posted up before and had lots of interest and calls that I took it off line because I wasn't ready to sell it. Now here it is ,i'm giving everyone an equal opportunity to get a chance to bid on it.
I bought the car from California, from the second owner, it was in a minor accident on the passenger fender, no frame damage or anything like that. I had the car inspected, just to be safe, i'm a picky person, title is clean and in hand not salvage or rebuilt. Don't want to hide anything but I rather let the buyer know, you cant even tell anything was done. Car is in real nice shape, just took it out of winter storage to post it up, had a full detail done. Paint shines like new, only has like 3 light scrapes that you have to look for, i"m picky like i said before ,but they don't stand out, just being honest so buyer doesn't expect any surprises. Interior is in real nice shape,no rips in the leather. The car runs real nice and smooth, in my possession the maintenance work I have done was valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket not because of a leak just seepage because i'm picky. 4 new tires and alignment. If i don't sell the car ,in the spring I was gonna change the spark plugs and put on some upgraded struts since it has lowering springs on stock struts now, and in my opinion it wears out stock struts faster. The radio is a flip out but needs help, getting screen out, I do have a spare radio I was gonna put in but never bothered me and last the antenna is lazy but radio still works, just minor things expected from a 21 year old car. Doesn't need much to make it perfect. The second owner I bought the car from told me he bought the car with 11k miles and the motor was obsessively maintained. He changed out the transmission case with a brand new one to be on the safe side, and put in a brand new OEM clutch with Jun light weight flywheel, and changed the main seal while it was opened up. This was all done about a year ago. That's like 4k he invested, he said. Shipping is not a problem, my buddy has a shipping company that he has used plenty of times with very good rates. My name is Matt, you can call or text me at 773 715 0970 only serious buyers please. |

2021 Acura NSX leads this month's list of discounts
Tue, Nov 9 2021The 2021 Acura NSX is an especially good deal this month. Not only does it carry the torch as the vehicle with the biggest discount measured by the percentage off its sticker price, that discount is also the largest of any vehicle currently sold in the United States when measured in sheer size. Here are the numbers: The average sticker price of all 2021 NSX models sits at $161,040. Buyers are paying an average transaction price of $142,907. That equals a discount of 11.3%, or $18,133 of savings. No other vehicle comes close to that kind of discount, with the next largest being for the 2021 BMW 7 Series. Buyers of that luxury sedan are saving an average of $11,661 for a transaction price of $94,884. There's another sharp dropoff after the BMW. In third place is the 2021 Maserati Quattroporte, which actually kicks off a party of savings at Trident dealers across the United States. The '21 Quattroporte is seeing $7,743 cut off its sticker price for an average transaction of $121,962. After that comes the 2021 Maserati Ghibli, which is averaging $7,394 off for a sign-on-the-dotted-line price of $78,592. If you don't want a sedan, the 2021 Maserati Levante's $6,738 discount equals an average transaction price of $78,592. 2015 Acura TLX launch delayed
Tue, 22 Apr 2014Last week in New York, Acura pulled the wraps off its all-new TLX sedan - a midsize model that replaces both the TSX and TL in one fell swoop. In a bit of behind-the-scenes full disclosure, we were originally scheduled to get our first drive of the car in early May. But an intrepid reader forwarded us an email to Acura dealers saying that the on-sale date of the TLX will be pushed back, and subsequently, the automaker confirmed to Autoblog that the official media launch has been postponed, as well. Acura spokesperson Chuck Schifsky tells us that the 2015 TLX will now go on sale later this summer.
"We don't view it as a major delay," Schifsky told Autoblog. The TLX is "the most technologically advanced Acura" yet - even more so than the original NSX, Schifsky says - and thus, there are "lots of systems to get sorted out." When asked if there is a specific component to point to regarding this delay, Schifsky told Autoblog that it's "not any one thing."
"We have determined that it is necessary to modify the production schedule for the 2015 TLX, which will move the on-sale date to late summer."
2020 Acura RDX Review and Buying Guide | Target re-acquired
Thu, Jul 25 2019The 2020 Acura RDX is a bold compact luxury crossover that represents a return to its roots – providing some athleticism and adrenaline to a segment not known for either. We think this is a positive development, as the previous RDX lost its way a bit. However, that last RDXÂ’s biggest strength was its very spacious interior for its overall size, which carries over to the new version despite the increased athleticism. These arenÂ’t usually attributes that go together; sporty vehicles can be smaller, with poor space utilization. That isnÂ’t the case here. The turbocharged engine and advanced all-wheel drive system mean the RDX is as lively as any crossover buyer could want. The bottom line is that it has more character and a superior combination of attributes than many of its sport-luxury competitors. WhatÂ’s new with for 2020? The RDX carries over mostly unchanged for 2020 after receiving a complete redesign last year. ThereÂ’s a turbocharged engine under the hood again, instead of the V6 in the last-generation model, and the technologically-advanced Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive system also makes a return. On the outside, the chrome grille “beak” has thankfully vanished, and thereÂ’s some nifty tech in the slick interior – although its signature touchpad infotainment controller is a mixed bag. More on that below. You can read about last year's changes more fully in our 2019 Acura RDX First Drive, but in short, it's sportier, more distinctive and more luxurious than its predecessor. Part of that is the fact it's no longer based on the same vehicle platform as Honda's CR-V.  View 9 Photos What are the interior and in-car technology like? The RDXÂ’s interior is a nice place to be. In the upscale A-Spec trim we tested, most surfaces are covered with soft, premium-looking materials, including perforated leather, soft-touch plastics, and classy-looking vinyl. The RDX introduces AcuraÂ’s True Touchpad Interface, which controls the infotainment system and its 10.2-inch screen with a center-console-mounted touchpad rather than a touchscreen interface. While itÂ’s certainly a step in the right direction, the system has a relatively steep learning curve and lacks any haptic feedback. ItÂ’s ultimately not as intuitive as weÂ’d like, and that is important because itÂ’s an interface youÂ’ll be using all the time in an RDX – including to interface with the standard Apple CarPlay functionality. Note that, as of this writing, Android Auto is not supported.
