You are bidding on my NSX. Over $10000 was spent in last 2 years on this NSX. Unlike many NSXs on the market this one has clean title and has a stack of maintenance receipts including: Timing Belt @ 115k (still have old timing belt if want it) Water Pump @ 115k (still have old water pump if want it) All Engine seals at 115k Clutch replaced (Exedy Stage 3) @115k <a href="www.scienceofspeed.com/products/drivetrain_performance_products/NSX/Exedy/clutch_set/ www.scienceofspeed.com/products/drivetrain_performance_products/NSX/Exedy/clutch_set/ Main Relay @120k Brake Master Cylinder @115k Radiator Flush @ 110k New Lower Radiator Hose (cracking) @110k Rear Left Wheel Bearing @115k CV Boot @115k Oil change 3K Full Synthetic (5-30) Motul Replace Interior Speakers (Blown Previously) New Coolant reserve tank Blows ice cold a/c converted to new R134 Complete Valve job with new sparkplugs has been done last week. Aftermarket parts include: Real HID headlights with balasts Carbon fiber wing Fully adjustable suspension with Koni shocks with tanabe springs Staggered gunmetal rims with plasti-dip neon paint (can peel off if don’t like ) External antenna delete and custom internal antenna Custom exhaust (still have stock if interested) Custom alarm system Alpine headunit with ipod cabling. New center console from SOS Momo shift knob CAR IS NOT IN SNAP-RING RANGE
which is obviously wrong since there is no way it can go from 88k 6 month previously to 235k. It was put in during smog check by smog guy and he obviously made a mistake. Car currently has 123k miles. Thank you for your time. The engine has never been modified and is completely stock. From the pictures you can see the spare tire is in trunk now because of alarm system and the siren that was put in where spare tire goes do to lack of space. Smog check has just been done so you don’t need to do it. Inspection is always welcomed before the end of auction. This is no reserve auction so highest bidder will win. Please only bid if you have funds in hand. I have title in hand in my name. Thank you and good luck! |

These are the top luxury cars bought by people entering the segment for the first time
Fri, 25 Jul 2014Let's say you just got a big promotion at work or the kids are moving out of the house, and you finally have some extra money. You decide to blow it all at once and treat yourself by upgrading your ride. Naturally, you look to a luxury automaker. What do you choose?
Models like the Audi A3 and Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class may be tailor-made to introduce buyers to the premium segment, but a new study finds that they don't garner the highest rates of non-luxury customer conquests. It turns out that a Volvo leads among folks moving up to a premium brand, and it isn't even one that's made anymore, at that.
A recent study by Polk and IHS Automotive looked at what models had the highest rates of buyers upgrading from a non-luxury segment. The information comes from its new vehicle registration data through April 2014. All ten top models boasted conquest rates of over 50 percent, but the Volvo C70 led the field with 68.01 percent of its customers coming from non-premium brands.
Cody Loveland's Corvette-powered NSX claimed by Pikes Peak
Tue, 25 Jun 2013Let there be no doubt - racing automobiles can be very dangerous. This unfortunate fact of life has been proven once again today by Cody Loveland, owner of LoveFab, who crashed his Corvette-powered tube-frame Acura NSX on the second turn of the Pikes Peak hill climb course, apparently after a rear upper control arm failed. Cody hit a wall of boulders at high speed, after which the racecar caught fire.
Cody was able to escape the blaze unhurt - minus some missing hair that was singed off in the fire - but the car appears to be a complete mess, as you can see from the image above. The LoveFab Motorsports team has vowed to do its very best to rebuilt the car in time for the competition, but we'd be awfully surprised (and impressed) if that burnt-up hulk were ready for racing with just a few days to rebuild.
We're happy to hear that Cody got away safely, and here's hoping the rest of the competitors get up the hill without incident, or, like Cody, are at least able to walk away uninjured if they don't.
Ford, Toyota clean up in Best Car For The Money Awards
Fri, 22 Feb 2013The U.S. News Best Cars for the Money Awards picks winners by looking at the average transaction price, five-year total cost of ownership, the regard a car has from the automotive press, reliability figures from J.D. Power and Associates and safety data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The result, according to the magazine, is "the best combination of critical acclaim and long-term value."
Ford nabbed six of the 21 categories that received awards this year, the Focus, Fusion, Fusion Hybrid, Taurus, Escape and Edge getting trophies. Toyota and its Lexus and Scion sub-brands took another five, the Tacoma and Tundra owning the two categories given to pickup trucks. The other ten awards were split between Honda with three, Buick with two, and one each for Subaru, BMW, Hyundai, Chevrolet and Mazda.
