We are a U-Pull-It yard where you pull everything yourself with your own tools. I feel that the Auto Connection was very rude and unprofesainal. They have made numourse mistakes, and have lied on not just one set of paper work but three. They promise onething but in the end its all broken promises. I feel they could enprove themselfs by sticking to the truth, and stop handing out a bunch of empty promise. If your not able to do something, then just say so!
