This is a 2-door Cavalier; it has the full back seat that folds down. 4 cylinder 2.2L, and automatic transmission with overdrive. Shifts perfectly and the car runs smoothly, has been kept well, rust-free, good paint. Non-smoker. If you would like, I will include the Lamborghini door hinges (I currently have them off), 18" chrome wheels with tires, factory headlights/tail-lights, dash-mounted GPS navigation system, and some other miscellaneous things for the car. These items are worth thousands of dollars.. my loss is definitely your gain on this entire car. Cruise control, Power mirrors, Power Sunroof. Clean cloth bucket seats, no tears or stains on interior. Never broken down on me, perfectly reliable car. New spark plugs, wires, and coil packs, idles smoothly.

Good condition Cavalier. Has plugs where the spoiler used to be. General wear and tear for a car of age. May see SMALL dings or scratches here or there, nothing unexpected. No large dents or large scratches. Body is rust-free. Can be easily driven in winter, it's a Front Wheel Drive. The power locks only unlock, and the A/C isn't currently blowing cold. Will find harmless flaws scattered throughout the car, just like you will find with any used car. Do not bid if you are expecting an excellent condition car. It's a beautiful car, but it has it's flaws just like any used car.

Tons of modifications, but none that would affect daily driving:
(Full body kit, finished grillwork, euro style halo headlights, euro tail-lights, euro signal markers, power sunroof, 15" and 18" chrome wheels included, window tint on back 3 windows, working flip down TV's, CD player, FM transmitter, red interior neon with switch, exterior Rear-only neon (comes with remote, you can choose what color you want it on or if you want it to pulse.) (2) Red 15" Dual Voice Coil Subwoofers (they sound more like large speakers with some good bass, nothing like the usual booming subwoofers that you may be used to. They do not affect the ability to fold the back seat or open the trunk), mounted navigation system, exhaust tip, aftermarket 4x6 and 6x9 speakers, Slim-line PS2 in glove box, Red-lit CD Player, power mirrors, Chrome compass, and the ONLY modification under the hood is a cold air intake. Chrome Jordan Decal on back, Custom Street glow Decals above side skirts, custom pin striping on rear quarter panels. The car is clean inside and out, and is washed and waxed regularly.

The A/C is not currently blowing cold. Only the driver's side unlocks. 15" Chrome hubcaps are starting to pit. Has manual roll-up windows. You will find SMALL scratches or dings around the car, just as you would with any used car. Do NOT expect perfection, but I do think you'll be impressed with the condition. I do NOT run this car hard, and I would recommend you don't either. I have never had any engine or transmission issues, and that's probably because I drive my cars safely. Only tasteful and professional mods were done to the car.) I would rate the car overall in good condition. I don't want anyone bidding to expect a show-car, although it did win first place in a car-show for the Tuner category. Makes a good daily driver, and gets good gas mileage too. This car can definitely be driven in any type of weather, including snowy winters. It's a front-wheel drive. All fluids are good, filter good, no leaks, no cracks in glass, no check engine lights or abs lights or codes or anything like that, very easy car to maintain.

I bought this car completely stock, and have owned it for 7 years. I have put a large amount of money and time into this vehicle. I use 91 gas in my vehicles. I am building a new car now and am not going to be keeping both cars. I am taking a large loss on selling this car, but I understood that when I was building it. I don't expect to get a return on my investment, and I am pricing the car conservatively.

I expect the buyer to come pick up the car after winning the auction. I am confident it will make it anywhere. This is truly a "my loss is your gain" story. The custom parts alone cost more than I'm selling the car for... I have 100% positive feedback and want to keep it that way, so I would appreciate it if you are 100% sure you want to buy the vehicle before you buy, as I have been honest about the car and its condition. Thank you for your time. Buy it now or make me an offer.

2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible gives us a couple of looks

Sat, 02 Mar 2013

Put away your pixel paintbrushes, kids. Pack up your Photoshop. This is the real-deal 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible in its first official images. The droptop Chevrolet will roll into the bright lights of the Palexpo exhibition at next week's Geneva Motor Show, a four-wheeled statement of intent that General Motors is serious about taking its Corvette franchise global.
Chevy isn't providing anything in the way of further details with these two shots, but we've learned at least a couple of things about the car shown here. First off, the example seen in these images is fitted with the optional Z51 Performance Package - something that isn't immediately evident because there's no sign of the coupe model's prominent ductwork on its rear haunches. In order to accommodate the power folding hard tonneau cover, the vents that feed the transmission and differential coolers have been relocated to the underside of the car. The dark paint color on this example also does a good job of muting the contrasting black front fender vents and hood opening - Z51-spec design details that have proven to be somewhat controversial.
One other thing to note: These two shots also display the Stingray wearing different alloy wheels than the split five-spoke design shown at the hardtop's Detroit Auto Show unveiling in January. The simpler, thin five-spoke wheels should do a good job of showing off the Z51's upgraded brakes, and they'll be optional on the coupe as well.

Why does the Corvette Stingray have so many vents? Here's why

Just looking at the new 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, it's not hard to see that the car's design was created with aerodynamics at the forefront, but Chevrolet designers point out exactly what went into designing the iconic coupe in a pair of recently released videos. The videos show the Corvette going through early design phases, including clay models and wind tunnel tests, as well as talking to the car's chief engineer, Tadge Juechter.
Both videos help explain various aspects of the C7 Corvette, but it's the aero tuning of the car that is most interesting. This includes extra attention paid to the lower air dam and vented hood to help reduce drag and lift, while the rear quarter inlets are for differential and transmission cooling. Juechter said that some of these aero-tuned elements were inspired from GM's involvement in racing.
If you have about five minutes and you can't get enough information about the new 'Vette, then check out the videos posted below.

2014 Chevrolet C7 Corvette wastes no time zooming into Jay Leno's Garage

Thu, 24 Jan 2013

Where else would you expect the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray to show up first? Although this time it isn't exactly in Jay Leno's Garage, Leno instead playing an away game at Brown's Classic Auto in Scottsdale, Arizona. Nor does Leno drive the car, instead taking an 11-minute walkaround of the new American sports car with General Motors design head Ed Welburn, the same man who recently brought by a string of classic Corvettes to the talk show host's California compound.
It is, admittedly, a love-fest for the American sports car now featuring 450 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque, but one that also features admissions about previous Corvette seats like "they were kinda rough," and the explanation that labeling the coupe "Stingray" means not having to call it "the base Corvette." On top of that, Welburn also explains the proper application of the term "dashboard." You can watch it all in the video below.
