1998 Chevy K1500 4x4 Silverado Ext Cab Pickup 3-door - Leather - Toolbox - Nice! on 2040-cars
Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States
1998 Chevy Silverado 4x4 extended cab, 3-door pickup truck. "Waldoch Crafts edition", which includes power everything, leather interior, power driver's seat with heater, American Racing rims, chrome grill guard, lift kit (4" I believe), pull-down radar detector, wood grain trim, A/C, CD player and electric rear sliding glass. Recently replaced engine! Truck has 203K and engine has only 118k. It's a 5.7L and runs very strong, smooth and reliable, I would drive it any distance. Rebuilt automatic transmission installed with engine change. Rear end gears replaced as well at the same time. Dual exhaust with chrome ends gives the truck a pretty loud growl, they sound good. Front brakes and rotors recently replaced. Stops straight. Power windows, power door locks, power rear window, power steering, power mirrors, tilt wheel, cruise control, rear view mirror has temperature and wind display. Pull down radar detector built in the ceiling console. Brand new diamond plate toolbox just put on, has lock and keys. Bed is in great shape and has a rubber mat. Heavy duty tow package. This is a great 4x4 truck, I'm just looking to get into a new cargo van for my business. KBB lists this truck in only "fair" condition at $4,488.00, so I'm listing it almost $600 below blue book for a quick sale. Clear title in hand. Located in North Prairie, WI 53153. Call Scott with any questions: 262-5zero6-6zero28
*Truck is being sold on an as is / where is basis. No warranty or guarantees implied. Buyer is responsible for pick up of the truck. |

2019 Chicago Auto Show photo gallery: All of the grilles
Fri, Feb 8 2019Do you like trucks? How about grilles? Like really big, shiny, chromey, in-your-face, could-be-made-by-Broil-King grilles? Well, the Chicago Auto Show is the place to be. Traditionally known as the truck show of the annual auto show circuit (at least those covered by national media), Chicago has what seems like a small national park's worth of acreage devoted to both consumer and commercial trucks. From humble extended cab Ford Rangers to a mammoth F-650 with cherry picker sprouting from its aft quarters, there's bound to be a truck for everything. And they all have grilles. So above is our gallery devoted to them, because hell, why not? Should you want to know about the trucks attached to those grilles, check out our coverage below. Chevy Camaro is a good sport, wishes Ford Mustang Happy 50th
Tue, 15 Apr 2014It was 1966 when Chevrolet launched its challenger to the wildly successful Ford Mustang, the Camaro. While the competition between the two brands was already healthy, the arrival of the Camaro set off one of the most intense, model-to-model rivalries in the industry.
That competitive spirit hasn't stopped Chevy and the Camaro from wishing Ford's iconic muscle car a Happy 50th Birthday as the Ford's April 17 anniversary rolls around. These two cars have been linked over the years, and while the rivalry took a break for a few years in the 2000s, today's competition between the Camaro and Mustang is as fierce as it's ever been.
You might recall that this friendliness when it comes to major milestones isn't too rare. Ford put on quite a display for General Motors' hundredth anniversary back in 2008. As the Camaro's fiftieth birthday approaches in 2016, we wouldn't be surprised to see the Mustang sending its best wishes to its Bowtie rival.
Watch a 2015 Corvette Z06 run the quarter in 11.7 seconds
Sun, Dec 28 2014We're not writing about this because it's an amazing run, we're writing about it because it appears to be the first run. Someone took a 2015 Corvette Z06 to Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown, Texas and blasted it down through the quarter mile. It's still wearing the dealer number in wax pen on the windshield and dealer plates, so this example is fresh from the mold. It's also a seven-speed manual. General Motors said the row-your-own Z06 can do the 'strip in 11.2 seconds, and they undoubtedly had a professional driver and more than one run to set that time. To have Just Some Guy show up at the raceway and do an 11.7 at 120.54 mph on his first run means we expect good things to come as Z06s get delivered to their owners. Check out the run in the video.
