If you have been looking for an older Buick Riviera in great shape then you
are going to LOVE my 1992 model with only 71k original 1-owner miles and spotless inside and out! This car is in
excellent condition and has been garaged it's whole life and it shows. The factory paint is original and looks
wonderful and the vinyl top looks brand new as well. It is a 1-owner car that has been in Nevada and Florida it's
whole life out of the snow and salt so there is NO rust and even the underside is still nice and clean, you won't see
that on any northern car. It received a great Autocheck score of 46 points out of an average rating of between 16-25
points so you know it has a great history as well. These Riviera's are getting harder and harder to find in this
shape and with these low miles and being an all original 1-owner car makes this a very desireable one. The exterior
again looks great with a deep Buick shine with no dents or scrapes, just a few light normal door dings. The vinyl top
again looks brand new and shows no wear at all, again, obviously garaged. The tires are matching Michelin's for a
smooth and quiet ride, the two fronts are in great shape the rear's are in fair shape. All the trim looks very, very
nice including all the rubber around the windows. Look close at the pictures, this is a beautiful car. The interior
is just as nice with no stains, rips or odors and this is a non-smoker's car so it is still very fresh inside. The
leather seats look great all around and they are nice and soft and all the trim too looks very, very nice with no
broken or missing plastic pieces and the original floormats are still there and nice and clean!. There is a small
crack on the dash about two inches long but no big deal. The trunk is nice and clean as well. All the power options
work great including the ice cold air conditioning and stereo with cassette. There are no service lights on. What a
pleasure to drive! Riviera's are known to have a very smooth and quiet ride and this one does not disappoint. The
3800 V-6 is one of the best engines ever built and it will deliver 30mpg in this car, amazing for a luxury car to get
that kind of gas mileage. It is nice and quiet and smooth as silk. The brakes are smooth as is the transmission and
suspension with no shakes or rattles, just as you would expect from a 1-owner low mile buick. So again, a 1-owner
rust free, accident free Buick Riviera with only 71k original miles, garaged and all original inside and out. Once
you see and take it for a spin around the block you are sure to fall in love! I have the factory books and two keys
with one remote. I have great feedback so you can be sure that this vehicle will be just as nice as I
am stating. Should you need help with shipping call me, if you decide to fly into Ft.Myers to pick it up in person I
will meet you at our local airport right here in town. I know buying a vehicle you haven't driven is a little scary
so I try to make it easy as well as fun!! As with all my vehicles, this one was put through a safety check to be
sure it is safe and road worthy. This includes an oil change and an inspection of the brakes, belts, hoses, tires,
fluid levels, etc. It's just one more thing I can do to make this a good experience for you. I encourge you to call
with any questions @ 239-872-5281. Thanks!

An Opel droptop in Buick drag crashes a wedding. No one's quite sure who made the Cascada, but Emily Ratajkowski definitely got the bouquet. She channels Odell Beckham Jr., laying out to make the catch – and conveniently Beckham is actually there to jokingly shoot her down. Did Buick nail this one, or was it (as Beckham quips) "out of bounds?" Let us know.

The Future Buick Verano Convertible?
I wasn't wearing a pedometer while in Germany covering the Frankfurt Motor Show this year, but it's safe to say I walked more than a few miles between press conferences, shooting cars and trekking back to the media center on the first day alone. For this reason, it didn't take much convincing from General Motors for me to duck out of the Messe a day early and drive some of its latest Opel models. No, this didn't include the all-new Country Tourer, but I was able to drive the Opel Mokka (our Buick Encore), the Opel Adam and the Opel Cascada.
I focused most of my driving time behind the wheel of the Cascada, which went on sale in Europe earlier this year, since rumors are swirling that a Buick version of this convertible "could happen soon." Buick hasn't had a convertible since the Reatta, and GM has been lacking a non-performance, budget-minded convertible since the Pontiac brand - and its G6 - was dropped, so adding the Cascada to Buick showrooms could further help the reemerging brand compete in the near-luxury segment. Although the weather was too chilly (and occasionally rainy) to enjoy the Cascada with its top down for very long, I was able to clock a fair bit of drive time behind the wheel on roads ranging from the autobahn to tight roads in small, quaint villages.

GM announced today that about 900 jobs would be added (or, importantly, retained) ahead of President Trump's arrival in Michigan, where he is expected to discuss his plan to roll back fuel economy standards. The timing of the announcement is almost certainly not coincidental, as appending it to a Trump visit gives it a higher profile and dovetails with the President's jobs agenda. It's less likely the decision itself was made for those reasons, but the free PR boost is a nice bonus. As for those 900 jobs themselves, they aren't all new jobs. The only net gain is approximately 220 jobs at the Romulus Powertrain Plant, which produces the 10-speed automatic transmission that's proliferating through the company's lineup. The 180 jobs at Flint Assembly and 500 jobs at Lansing Delta Township are retained jobs – that is to say, spots the company found for workers who would otherwise have been laid off. By the way, the Flint jobs will help with production of heavy-duty pickups, and the Lansing jobs are to produce the Chevrolet Traverse and Buick Enclave. Finding jobs for manufacturing workers in the auto sector, whether new or retained, is admirable. No matter how GM couches it, the company has created or retained a total of 7,000 jobs this year, and its total reinvestment in US production is around $1 billion. But these decisions are business ones, not political ones – timing the announcements to make them seem inspired by economic policy, or the political situation, is simply smart PR.
